Description
*Job Coaching Welcomed / Store opens in August 2024 / Performance bonuses & ability to grow* Qualifications/Requirements: - Customer Service experience (preferred) - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. // Able to stand for an entire shift - Able to abide by NbC policies and procedures; Upholds brand and image - Must have a bank account (direct deposit) - Cash handling experience (required) - Candidates under 18 years old MUST have a workers permit Job Duties: Guest Services: - Greet walk-ins and provide a bakery "tour" - Provide support to customers and use suggestive selling techniques - Assist phone orders & all customer questions/concerns - Keep retail space organized and stocked / Perform quality control tests - Operate & balance register - Gather guest email addresses for our eClub - Maintaining a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions - Keep the retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchandised - Dust all retail surfaces, including all counter tops, and POS stations - Perform duties assigned by Crafting department such as fluffing bows and making design pieces - Assist other departments as necessary Bake Assistance: - Scoop batter into pans - Flip baked cakes into containers and wrap large cakes for frosting - Takes empty pans to utility - Fold boxes and label containers - Assist other departments as necessary Cake Froster Assistance: - Makes cake frosting when the amount goes below par level - Frosts all cakes for same-day and next-day orders - Fold cake boxes - Keep frosting area clean and sanitized including tables, microwave, and tool bins - Assist guests in placing phone orders - Assist other departments as necessary
Schedule
Weekend availability is required // All Shifts Available AM shifts (Monday thru Saturday) @ 9:00a to 3:30p Mid-Shift needed (Monday thru Saturday) @ 12p-4/5p Sunday shift @ 11:30a to 6:30p
Pay
Starting pay at $11.00 per hour
