Who We Help

Our organization supports individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, which encompass a range of conditions resulting from limitations in physical, cognitive, language, or behavioral areas. These conditions typically emerge during a person’s developmental stage, can affect daily functioning, and often persist throughout their lifetime.

Cuyahoga DD, with Cuyahoga County Public Library and Cleveland Public Library, presents Connect & Play Days. 

Caregivers and their children ages 5 and under can play with FamilySpace to meet, learn, share, and grow. Trained staff can help you find resources and support.

Tomorrow, after the 2026 Northeast Ohio Transition Expo, stay for a special presentation. Teens and adults are invited to a panel presentation titled "On My Way." 

Saturday, April 25 
• 9 am - 12 pm, Expo 
• 12 - 1 pm, presentation
• Independence Civic Center, 6363 Selig Dr. 

Adults with disabilities will share their journeys into adulthood, including trials and triumphs, as they move forward after high school. 

Lunch will be provided while supplies last. No registration required.
