Who We Help

Our organization supports individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, which encompass a range of conditions resulting from limitations in physical, cognitive, language, or behavioral areas. These conditions typically emerge during a person’s developmental stage, can affect daily functioning, and often persist throughout their lifetime.

Caregivers and their children ages 5 and under can play with FamilySpace to meet, learn, share, and grow. Trained staff can help you find resources and support. The Catholic Charities Disability Services & Ministries - Diocese of Cleveland invites you to their Spring Fling Dance on April 24 in Solon! At the dance, adults with disabilities can practice social skills, form friendships, and have fun on the dance floor! Admission is $5 for dancers; caregivers are free. Refreshments will be available. Email Lauren at Lauren.Mailey@ccdocle.org to register. Caregivers are responsible for providing supervision.

Children we serve, ages 5 and under, can have fun at an indoor playground and gym that features sensory-safe activities for kids of all abilities. The RePlay for Kids Ride-On program makes ride-on cars, like Power Wheels, easier to use for children with disabilities. Instead of a foot pedal, these cars have a large plate switch on the steering wheel. This change helps children move independently. Independent movement can boost their thinking skills and help them socialize better. Cuyahoga DD is a proud partner. Learn more about RePlay for Kids at replayforkids.org/
