Providers support people with developmental disabilities so they can meet their needs, wants, and goals. They can help with daily tasks, group outings, employment training, social skills, and much more.

The community has given shout-outs to the providers they work with. Today's Provider Shout Out is for Lighthouse Advocacy Agency LLC.

The following shout-out was given by a Cuyahoga DD support administrator.

"I would like to give a huge shout-out to Evelyn Rivera, from Lighthouse Advocacy Agency LLC for her unwavering dedication, compassion, and support. Evelyn has always been willing to step in and help at any time, no matter the situation.

During an incredibly difficult period, when one of my individual’s mother was facing serious hospitalizations and eventually passed away, Evelyn went above and beyond. She not only provided consistent and meaningful support to my individual, but she also offered comfort, guidance, and compassion to the mother throughout her hospital journey. Her presence made a tremendous difference during such a challenging time.

Evelyn’s kindness, reliability, and genuine care truly stand out. She leads with her heart and always puts others' well-being first. We are incredibly grateful for her and the positive impact she continues to have on the individuals and families she supports."
