Who We Help

Our organization supports individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, which encompass a range of conditions resulting from limitations in physical, cognitive, language, or behavioral areas. These conditions typically emerge during a person’s developmental stage, can affect daily functioning, and often persist throughout their lifetime.

Ohio SIBS invites adult siblings, sib-in-laws, and family members to a one-day program in May designed for siblings of people with disabilities.

Whether you’re a caregiver or advocate, beginning to explore your role in future planning, or looking to connect with other siblings, this event is for you.

At the event, you will:
- Meet other sibs
- Identify knowledge gaps and understand your future role as a sibling
- Plan proactively and connect with others on similar journeys
- Access expert guidance and resources
- Support your sibling while planning your own life
