Who We Help

Our organization supports individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities, which encompass a range of conditions resulting from limitations in physical, cognitive, language, or behavioral areas. These conditions typically emerge during a person’s developmental stage, can affect daily functioning, and often persist throughout their lifetime.

Provider and community organizations: Save the date for the Cuyahoga DD Annual Family & Provider Resource Expo! On October 24, share your resources with the individuals and families Cuyahoga DD supports. Providers must be DODD-certified, and community organizations must support people in Cuyahoga County to have a table. Table fees are payable by check only: $100 for agencies/community organizations and $50 for independent providers. Registration to come. Cuyahoga DD is here to help families thrive. Join us for a Creatures, Crafts & Cornhole event. Art therapists will lead crafts to teach children how to manage feelings and practice mindfulness in a fun, interactive way. Saturday, July 18 • 1 - 3:30 pm • Big Creek Center • 6140 W. 130th, Parma 44130 • The Cleveland Browns Mascot Chomps will be at this event from 1 - 1:45 pm. Saturday, August 1 • 1 - 3:30 pm • Green Road Center • 4329 Green Road, Highland Hills 44128 Activities: • Pet therapy dogs and miniature horses • Play corn hole with Empower Sports • Dance party • Light lunch • Get a travel sensory kit Creatures, Crafts & Cornhole is designed for children served by Cuyahoga DD ages 6 to 13.
