Our employees support families right at home. Meet Kiara, an Occupational Therapist, in today's Employee Spotlight.

Kiara loves her job in Early Intervention. She enjoys helping families use everyday items or alter their environment to reach their children's goals.

"I like to empower the parents to teach their children through play in ways they didn't know they could. It's super rewarding seeing the confidence parents gain and the small wins we see each visit," said Kiara.

She loves live music and has traveled to various states to attend music festivals. Kiara's current favorite music genre is urban Latin.
