***Store Opening in August 2024 / Welcoming to Job Coaching /Supportive Environment *** Qualifications/Requirements: - Able to work independently - Organized and self-starting - Good communication skills - written & verbal - Able to lift to 50 lbs. and stand the entire shift - All candidates UNDER 18 years must have a work permit - Bank account is required for Direct Deposit Job Duties: - Follow recipes to bake cakes in all flavors and sizes - Remove cakes from pans & package them properly - Puts cakes away and rotates based on standard - Communicates with management about equipment including problems and maintenance - Folds boxes and labels containers - Tracks inventory of baked goods - Keeps baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools - Assists other departments as necessary
