Description
Job Coaching Welcomed/Store Opens August 2024/Performance bonuses and ability to grow. Job Duties: - Frost cakes using the specific technique and time guidelines (will train) - Keeps display case fully stocked - Fold cake boxes - Makes frosting when the amount goes below par level - Answer phone for customer orders - Track inventory of materials - Keeps area clean and sanitizes, including tables, microwaves, and tool bins - Assist other departments as needed. Qualifications: - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. // Able to stand for an entire shift - Can handle touching butter and getting dirty - Customer Service experience (preferred) - Able to abide by NbC policies and procedures; Upholds brand and image - Must have a bank account (direct deposit) - Candidates under 18 years old MUST have a workers permit

Pay
$11-$13 per hour (dependent on experience)
