Please send questions and/or resumes to Mari Riley (riley.mariana@cuyahogabdd.org) **Job Coaches welcomed // May split shift for good candidates // RTA stop in walking distance** Qualifications/Requirements - Detail cleaning experience - professional, training, or at home - Reliable transportation - Punctual - Able to utilize a radio (communicate w. team) - Lift, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs. - Walk and stand the entire shift - Learn and use a pallet jack (dumpster duties) - Random drug tests Equipment and Uniform - Given a set of keys: Dumpster and Main Lobby - Provided by company: shirts, pants, and a sweatshirt - Must have tennis shoes or Steel-toed shoes (optional) Benefits - Options for Dental and Health Insurance - After 90-days - 6 Sick Days / 2 Personal Days - Free uniform / occasional Employee Lunch - Christmas bonus and lunch Daily Job Routine (in order) - Tasks decided per building and need 1.) Dumpster: - Help move the dumpster/compactor 2x per week (using a machine lift) 2.) Garage Lobby and Pick Up are: - Sweep and mop floors - Vacuum - Wipe tables and bookcases - Use stainless steel clear to wipe garage doors - Clean door windows 3.) Maintain Laundry Rooms (1-2 times per day): - Check recycling containers (Tuesday & Friday AM) - wipe down washers, dryers, and counters - remove dryer lint / check for lint behind dryers - Sweep and mop floors 4.) Hallways and Stairwells: - Check for debris - Replace burnt-out lightbulbs - Check lockerroom for debris 5.) Detail cleaning of the fitness center: - wipe down the glass - change sanitizer bottles - empty towels Outside Job Duties (per season): - Set up chairs for the Pool - Water flowers (occasionally) - Shovel & salt walkways - Additional tasks - Straighten chairs in common spaces/social rooms - Empty trash and recycling cans (multiple) - Communicate when the cart needs supplies
