**Uniforms provided/Inclusive Employer**/**Some opportunities to work during off-season** **Qualifications/Requirements:** - Able to read and facilitate communication with the team. - Basic math and counting skills - Physical demands: bending, standing, walking, and, pushing, pulling lifting up to 50 lbs. - Knowledge of proper food prep, knife handling, temperature control, and sanitization is helpful. **Job Description:** - Prepare all food items using prep lists and standard Aramark recipes. - Follow proper food handling procedures. - Rotate food to maintain quality and freshness. - Manage leftovers correctly; cover, label, date, and accurately store to standard. - Maintain a clean work environment and refrigerators. - Ensure stations are cleaned, sanitized, and organized at the end of each shift (including kitchen equipment). - Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment in accordance to food safety standards and regulations. - Follow safety policies and accident report procedures. - Complete all required training.
