Description
Requirements/Qualifications: - Simple math, reading, & writing skills - Basic computer literacy - Mac or Windows - Good eye for quality & maintain a low waste rate - Able to multitask and keep a high pace of work. - Follow and create - written, oral, or diagram instructions - Critical thinking & troubleshooting (recommending improvements) - While performing the duties, regularly stand for 8-10 hours - Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. - Lifting and bending actions required. - Able to communicate with all employees. - Previous production experience (preferred) Job Duties: - Department operates as a print on demand (POD) model/printing products as sold - Required pace is 60 impressions per hour / 1% spoilage - Must multitask - Operating one press with two platens simultaneously. - Scan barcodes for job files - including mock-ups. - Ensure DTF film matches the system. - Ensure picked garments match the system. - Eye for quality when handling a high-quality products - producing, inspecting, picking, shipping, & finishing. - Perform job in a manner that protects the health & safety of all. - Produce a high quality product for our customers. - Follow procedures such as, PPE, ergonomics, chemical hazards, etc. - Required to start up & shutdown Press area. - Assisting in other departments as needed / Required post-press duties. - Follow code of conducts, policies, procedures, & rules.
