Description
Bed Care Technicians are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience, and where time management and communication skills are developed for future growth. Maintain weed free beds Care for trees, shrubs, annual and perennials Maintain commercial pesticide applications certification (we will help you secure this) Safely utilize pesticides in landscape areas Communicate with crew leader regarding job site and service issues Snow removal services in the winter Candidates do NOT need a license and will not be operating any equipment where a license is necessary. Manual labor will essentially be performed by assisted equipment including a 'power shovel' which is a walk-behind unit to clear sidewalks and driveways. Will be working in the elements and will receive 'winter bonus pay' for those days working outside in harsher conditions. Crew will meet at Brook Park main office (5300 Smith Rd. Brook Park) and will go to worksites as a team. 2ND CHANCE EMPLOYER - will accept all candidates with a background, exception being those with violent crimes.
Schedule
4 days/week - 10-hour shifts, 7a-4p (work Sunday through Saturday) *employees will have 3-days off, During prime winter months - employees will be on-call
