Description
Assist with minor repairs to building and mechanical operating. Perform preventative and general maintenance to the business'/tenants in the building (with some on call time). Various janitorial tasks as needed: cleaning, replacing lightbulbs, restroom repairs, etc.
Schedule
6 am - 2:30 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday (there will be some occasional weekend or evening emergencies)
Pay
$45,000 / year salary
