***2nd Chance on a Case-by-Case / Weekly pay / Schedules are flexible / Allows Job Coaching*** **Qualifications/Requirements:** - HS diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years in the retail meat dept. - Strong verbal and oral communication with team, as well as customers - Must have COOL compliance knowledge / Know product origin and general knowledge - Use and operate the equipment - knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks **Job Duties:** - Maintain sanitized and clean meat/seafood display cases. - Keep floors clean and free of liquid from products. - Stock and stage seafood/meat in display cases following schematics. - Examine and rotate products / Paying attention to expired stock - Provide excellent customer service; suggestive selling - Receive, inspect, and log products for shipments, temperature, and quality - Maintain the organization, stacking, and rotating of meat products in the cooler/freezer - Accurately weigh and label products using a scale - Maintain proper safety practices - using cut gloves, etc. - Sustain a high level of product knowledge - Walk the department frequently - ensuring organization and maintenance - Monitor point of sale signs / Ensure there are new recipe cards and sale coupons, promotional material, and info on complimentary food

Schedule

Must have weekend availability / Need for Closers. Hours between - 7:00a to 8:00p / Monday thru Sunday. Flexible with scheduling

Pay

$15-$18 per hour
