Description
Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Consistently complying with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period. Portioning food products prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. Following proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment. Handling, storing, and rotating all products properly.
Schedule
Flexible within restaurant hours which are: 11:30a-9p Tuesday-Thursday, 11a-8p Sunday, 11:30a-10p Friday & Saturday, Closed Monday
Pay
$12 per hour
