Email riley.mariana@cuyahogabdd.org with resumes and/or questions. ***Job coaching welcomed / Supportive employer / Seeking up to 2 hires *** Qualifications/Requirements: - Custodial/Janitorial experience (preferred) - Background Check & Drug Screening - 2nd chance on a case-by-case - Able to lift to 50 lbs. - Use of cell phone to communicate with supervisor Environment/Physical Requirements: - Can be loud at times - Must walk, bend, stand, and push/lift frequently - Travel outside to remove trash and shovel snow Job Duties: - Refill janitor carts daily and dispose of cleaning chemicals appropriately - Shovel walkways in the winter - Occasionally deep clean offices - Lab Room: Sweep and mop floors - Bathrooms (Women/Men): toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, empty trash - Sweep & mop floors - Disinfect door handles - Refill paper towels & toilet paper (as needed) - Offices: empty trash, sweep/mop, and disinfect door handles - Lunch Room: Clean and disinfect tables/countertops - Sweep & mop floors - Empty trash - Clean microwave - Conference Room: Clean/disinfect tables, sweep & mop floors, empty trash - Hallways and Staircase: sweep/mop, use and disinfect handrails
Schedule
4-5 hours per day / Monday thru Friday - no weekends, Flexible start between 7:00a-9:00a
Pay
$11.00-$15.00 (dependent on experience)
