Description
As a Retail Backroom Supervisor at T.J Maxx, you'll: *Maintain all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area *Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment *Monitor and measure productivity of team and coach as necessary *Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded per company guidelines
