Description
Sales associates are responsible for consistently exceeding the customer’s expectations while working with team members to ensure the completion of all daily tasks as instructed by management or company policy. Duties and Responsibilities - Ensures the highest level of customer service in line with CLE Clothing Co.’s expectations while balancing the completion of daily tasks - Builds genuine relationships with customers - Determines customer needs and offers suggestions and alternatives - Practices proper phone etiquette - Helps to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of the sales floor - Upholds all company policies - Contributes to the overall vibe at CLE Clothing Co. by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others and their time Qualifications and Requirements - Retail experience preferred but not required - Experience in customer service - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week - Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
