According to the 2024 Disability Equity Index (DEI), U.S. companies that are leaders in disability inclusion in their workplaces (scoring 80 or higher on the DEI), have 160% the revenue, double the economic impact, and 2.6 times higher net income compared to their peers.

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a time when we recognize the many contributions people with disabilities make in the workplace. This year’s theme is “Access to Good Jobs for All.”
