Provider Certification

Thank you for your interest in becoming a provider for Ohioans with developmental disabilities. Before providing services, applicants must become certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD).

Applicants must complete training, meet qualifications, pay a fee, and upload supporting documentation for the DODD online application. Applicants cannot provide any service until they are certified by DODD.
