Community Outreach
ALL Means ALL
Cuyahoga DD’s ALL Means ALL initiative helps organizations in Cuyahoga County improve access and inclusion.
We outline six steps that businesses can follow to welcome everyone and support inclusion in their activities, programs, and events.
We offer staff training and resources to help organizations meet these inclusion standards.
We also help organizations reach new audiences and customers. They can increase visibility through Cuyahoga DD’s marketing, social media, and our Online Resource Guide of Inclusive Places, Jobs, and Events.

Grant Opportunities
Cuyahoga DD believes that people with developmental disabilities should be fully involved in a community that welcomes, supports, and celebrates them.
To help improve access and inclusion in Cuyahoga County, Cuyahoga DD provides grants to local organizations. These grants will enhance programs and improve access for people with disabilities.
You can meet the 2025 grant recipients and learn about their inclusive programs in the catalog below.
