A Place 2B Me invites the community to our 2nd Annual SOCIVAL Fun Fair — where SOCIAL meets CARNIVAL!
The SOCIVAL is an inclusive community event designed to bring people of all ages and abilities together for an afternoon of connection, laughter, and fun. Our motto is “Socializing at Your Own Pace,” meaning everyone is welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for them.
Join us on Saturday, August 29 from 1:00–4:00 PM at the United Methodist Church of Brook Park, 6220 Smith Road, for carnival-style games and activities, karaoke and music, live entertainment, food, refreshments, and more!
🎟 Admission is $5 and includes a hot dog, chips, and a drink. Additional food and treats will be available for purchase.
At A Place 2B Me, our mission is to strengthen our community by creating meaningful connections between people with and without disabilities. The SOCIVAL puts that mission into action — creating a space where families, friends, neighbors, and individuals of all abilities can simply come together, have fun, and be themselves.
All are welcome — bring the whole family!
