Connections in Action Speed Friends on Zoom

Looking to meet new people and make new friends? Join Connections in Action for a fun Speed Friends event on Zoom!

This free event is for adults 18+ with developmental disabilities who live in Northeast Ohio. Participants will have short conversations with different people, answer fun questions, discover shared interests, and get to know one another.

How It Works

Each participant will be given a number when they join the event. Participants will have short conversations with different people. After the event, participants can let Connections in Action know which people they enjoyed talking with and would be interested in connecting with again.

If two participants choose each other, they will be considered a match. Contact information will only be shared when both people choose each other. If someone does not match with another participant, no contact information will be shared.

Participants are welcome to have a parent, guardian, caregiver, or support person assist them during the Zoom event if needed.
