Baby Steps to Black Joy: A Caregiver Connection Group
Are you stuck in cycles of fear, anger and burnout as a parent, and looking for small ways to build habits of strength and joy? Join us for an interactive talk with Anna Jones, LISW, of Up the Steps.
Program Includes:
- Learning how to build small practices of gratitude that can help make room for more joy
- A chance to discuss the loneliness and burnout felt by many Black American caregivers
- A safe space to share and connect
