Front Desk Sales Associate

Job Duties

• Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and retail displays (helping with inventory and retail merchandise).
• Support therapists and estheticians by helping maintain efficient schedule flow.
• Assist with spa events and uphold company standards for professionalism, attendance, confidentiality, and cash handling.

Schedule

20-30 hours per week Some weekend and evening hours are required

Pay

$14+ per hour

Additional Comments

• Previous customer service and sales experience required (with spa, salon, hospitality, retail, or membership-based business experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating sales conversations and making service/product recommendations
• Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer programs
