Job Duties
- Perform building, equipment, electrical, and safety inspections while completing preventative and corrective maintenance
- Ensure property safety, prepare vacant units, and respond to after‑hours emergencies on rotation
- Maintain inventory and uphold maintenance standards to prevent misuse of property systems
Schedule
Mon - Fri: 8 am - 5 pm On-Call and Weekends (occasionally)
Pay
$18+ per hour
