Connections in Action brings together adults with developmental disabilities across Northeast Ohio through inclusive social events, shared experiences, and community engagement. Our purpose is to reduce social isolation, encourage meaningful relationships, and empower individuals to live connected, fulfilling lives.

Connections in Action invites adults with developmental disabilities to a friendship group. The group is a fun and inclusive way for adults to connect, make friends, and find similar interests.


Communities We Serve

Connections in Action proudly serves adults with developmental disabilities in Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties, while also welcoming participants from surrounding areas throughout Northeast Ohio. We provide opportunities to build friendships, participate in social activities, and connect with others in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.

Our mission is to create meaningful connections and foster a sense of belonging by bringing people together through regular meet-ups, community activities, and virtual gatherings. As we grow, we hope to expand our reach and welcome even more communities throughout Northeast Ohio.
